3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

- You have completed any module assessments or examinations

3.2 Policy Violations
- Your account has been terminated for Terms of Service violations
- You have shared course credentials or content with others
- You have engaged in fraudulent enrollment or payment activities
- You have violated academic integrity policies

- Promotional or discounted program enrollments (unless otherwise stated)
- Bundle packages or multi-course enrollments (individual course refunds not available)

If Rolison Construction cancels a program:
- You will receive full refund of all fees paid

- You may be offered enrollment in an alternative program at no additional cost
- No additional compensation beyond refund is provided
6.3 Medical or Personal Emergencies

If you accidentally enroll in the same program multiple times:

- Full refund will be provided for duplicate transactions
- Original enrollment will remain active
- Proof of duplicate enrollment may be required
7. Course Transfers and Credits

Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer to a different program:

- Transfer is subject to availability of the new program
- Price difference must be paid if new program costs more
- Partial refund provided if new program costs less
